Common Questions

How are you different from a regular trainer at a gym?

I believe in the joy of movement and I work to ensure that all my clients have a program that sparks their interest while challenging them to push themselves like they never have before.

I also believe that partnership is the key success. I will work with you to develop attainable goals and integrate healthy habits into your everyday life. My mission is to help my clients become the best, most confident versions of themselves to live the healthiest and happiest life possible.

What is a typical session like with you? What can I expect?

Each session will with begin with a 5 minute check-in, to see how things are going and if you have any questions or concerns. We then go into the 45 minute workout that I designed just for you.

I focus a lot on mobility, balance, and strength in my workouts, as these are important aspects to everyday life. After the workout we will have a 5 minute cool-down. The last 10 minutes are spent on providing feedback, discussing goals and explaining the “homework” (at-home workouts, worksheets, etc.) I give all my clients to support their progress.

Can you create a meal plan?

Due to state regulations, only a dietician or nutritionist can write you a specific meal plan. I can share general nutrition advice and offer guidance.

How long will it take for me to see results?

Every client is different, and different goals vary in how quickly they can be achieved. It is also important to remember that mental changes are paramount. Gaining confidence, feeling stronger and developing life-long healthy habits are just as important as physical changes.
