Mantras to Shift Your Mindset



Mantras can be a helpful tool to get you in a positive headspace. They can also be used to stop and counter negative thought patterns. Thinking positively can make you feel better and have more confidence. Here are a number of different mantras that can help shift your mindset and feel better throughout your day. You can use mantras in meditation or just throughout the day when you need a little mental redirection or boost.


For when you wake up:

  • Today will be a good day

  • I am grateful for this day and all of the opportunities that it holds

  • It is a new day that is full of endless opportunities

  • I will take on this new day with an open heart and clear mind


For when you need motivation:

  • I can. I will. I must.

  • I am strong and can accomplish anything I set my mind to

  • I am powerful and am in charge of my own future

  • I didn’t come this far to only come this far

  • I am doing this for me

  • I am brave, bright and bold


When you need to let go or manage anxiety:

  • Breathe peacefulness in, exhale stress out

  • Let it go and go with the flow

  • Everything will be okay

  • This too shall pass

  • Good things are coming


For hope:

  • Good things are coming my way

  • Tomorrow will be a better day

  • I am a strong, positive person and attract good things

  • I choose hope on this journey

  • Hope. Love. Joy.
