Hi! My name is Lesley and I am a NASM certified personal trainer. I work with my clients to develop an exercise program that fits into their life while also shifting their mindset to create sustainable healthy habits.
For years, I worked a 9-5 job and struggled to find time to exercise and eat well. I felt tried and dull - like I had lost control of my life. I decided to reprioritize my health and create a holistic, sustainable approach to fitness. I take the same approach with all my clients.
My aim is to help you identify your health goals, create an exercise program that fits into your life and brings you joy. During our sessions, I will guide you through every exercise, every workout. My holistic approach to fitness and health will fuel your inner glow, feeling confident and seeing results.

I believe that movement should spark joy. My goal is to have all my clients end their workouts not only tired and sweaty, but also happy and glowing with pride. I will work with you to find the movement that brings you joy.
